The Israeli Genocide of the Palestinian people is a nightmare. The fact that the US is funding the atrocities is a nauseous affront to American citizens. The bravery of the Houthis standing up to the Israeli war machine is inspiring.

Many of us, across the US are engaged in protest against the Genocide. I am part of a group that protests every Friday at different locations in the small town I live in. I know it is not much compared to the devastation the Palestinians are suffering, but I cannot be silent.

While you paint the Houthis as heroic for standing up against the "Israeli war machine," let's not overlook the brutal atrocities they themselves have committed. Consider these facts:

The Houthis have carried out numerous indiscriminate attacks on civilian areas in Yemen, launching missiles and mortars into populated zones with little regard for innocent lives.

They have been widely accused of recruiting and using child soldiers—forcing children into combat roles, which is not only a violation of international law but also a tragic exploitation of young lives.

There are multiple reports of the Houthis using civilians as human shields, deliberately placing non-combatants—often including women and children—in harm's way to protect their military assets.

In regions under their control, the Houthis have engaged in arbitrary detentions and extrajudicial killings, targeting political opponents, journalists, and dissenters without due process.

Their blockade of Yemeni ports and restrictions on humanitarian aid have directly contributed to severe famine and a deep humanitarian crisis in Yemen.

They have also targeted and destroyed civilian infrastructure, further crippling essential services and deepening the suffering of the population.

So while your comment glorifies the Houthis as if their "bravery" is something to celebrate, the reality is that their tactics have only compounded the misery of an already devastated nation. No matter how you spin it, using terror against civilians—whether by a state or a non-state actor—is indefensible.

Yes someone in this instant HAS to state that what Israel and its user...the USA (with its little group of complicit band of hangers on...the dollar being a very useful weapon)..there is all this fuss about "bias" etc when even really excellent humanitarian lawyers and marvellous charities who do admirable work everywhere state "what Israel has done MIGHT be war crimes"...as if there is any doubt whatsoever! Israel and the US and camp followers have flouted ALL International and Humanitarian Law and continue to do so. At Corfe Castle there is a subterranean dungeon (duly signed for visitors, many of which are school tours) where the English starved French Knights to death and there is now a little plaque stating "their cries became subdued croaks" (I paraphrase as I can't remember the precise terms nor can I forget either!). This was in the Middle Ages...we are now in the 21st century. Historically King John is regarded as "a very bad man" "cruel" and a "sadist"...that fits exactly how Netanyahu will be remembered along with his evil brigands. Come out EU and UN and say it loud and proud "Israel backed by the US ARE war criminals and MUST be punished.

Thank you, that is all completely correct. If we pretend to have a civilization on this planet, armed conflict between and within nations cannot be part of it. It is a shame that our past is soiled with this stain and yet it carries on. Alongside this issue is struggles for governance in nations, how does one consolidate enough power to actually govern, certainly not by committee. This can lead again to violence. And we ask - why don't some Arab nations stand up to the genocide? Yet must each be certified righteous before they protest the genocide? No nation would qualify, and certainly we must wait until Gilead is fully implemented on America before anyone there can be justified to speak to the morality of any other peoples, given America's past atrocities around the world.

DAWN has urged the ICC prosecutor to investigate and prosecute former President Biden, State Secretary Blinken and Defense Secretary Austin for their personal roles in aiding and abetting Israeli war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide in Gaza as part of his ongoing investigation into the situations in Palestine since 2014.

Let’s give them our support.

Great work as always Mr. Almosawa. The atrocities in Gaza and the West Bank have created a vacuum where the traditionally bad guys become the good guys. Beware saying that out loud.

The worst global terrorist states love to designate any resistance movements as "terrorists". I am sure that Yemen has immense problems themselves but one has to align with any nation that says positively that what the two terror states (and we know who they are) are attempting is illegal, brutal, unethical, evil and cowardly. One...the most immoral army in the world being funded by the most deluded and completely disastrous regime in the world! I must add that I think that the former are as ugly a bunch of criminals as ever seen, and the latter are the most repellent coterie of sycophantic and unattractive miscreants imaginable led by a slob!

The US and the West feel no shame on allowing Israel to murder the Palestinians. Whats wrong

with their leaders that they can watch this horror.

At least little Yemen has the moral compass to see reality.

Ceasefire or no ceasefire; scam or no, we cannot allow Israel to escape the legal consequences of their war crimes. The Hind Rajab Foundation has, among other things, filed a case with the ICC against 1,000 Israeli soldiers for war crimes in Gaza.

https://www.hindrajabfoundation.org/perpetrators/hind-rajab-foundation-files-historic-icc-complaint-against-1000-israeli-soldiers-for-war-crimes-in-gaza

They have taken further steps in recent days, and vacations are becoming a lot more difficult for IDF soldiers, worldwide. The Hind Rajab Foundation can use our help. Please join me in making a contribution.

You might find meaningful to watch the recent interviews that Glenn Greenwald did on his Rumble platform, and Ali Abunimah of the Electronic Intifada, did with the head of this organisation, Dyad Abou Jahjah. It was very informative.

Here's a petition calling for accountability for the arrest of Ali Abunimah in Switzerland:

You can't negotiate with the Israeli government since they have shown they do not care for human rights or international law! The US and European support for the Israeli war on Gaza reveals that none of those governments respect human rights either, regardless of their lying pronouncements.

Logic forces the conclusion Zionism is the purest form of antisemitism on Earth.

-

Palestinian Arabs are Semites, and Judaism is a religion - not a race.

Every Zionist accusation is a confession. ;(

This tragic barbarism of the West will be inflicted on its own people in due course. All one needs to do is look at the events of last few years happening in western countries. Democracy has been badly eroded .As a Christian, i have noticed the glaring absence of Christ's teachings in the political decisions regarding Gaza and other countries less fortunate. There is a complete loss of humanity, which will only result in immense pain and suffering for more people that one can imagine, including western populations and their allies.

Yemen is fighting for 'life' in Palestine.

What are you doing USA....providing these Zionist DISGUSTING rapists with weapons.

Look at Israel: Rapists/sodomites. Yet in the USA a very Christian nation does not want homosexuality. In Israel the HOSTAGES (Palestinians in prison) are subjected to anal penetration by burning pokers stuck up their arses. Why are Zionists raping Palestinians with this egregious torture? My guess is that these madmen do not know about love.

The animal kingdom: (Meaning real animals not the Zionist kind) are in fact bi-sexual. What the Zionists are doing is against nature.
